We are open for pickup 6 days a week (MONDAY – SATURDAY) from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
1. WAIT FOR YOUR “READY FOR PICKUP” EMAIL
You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is paid. Please wait for that notice before coming.
2. 3-DAY PICKUP WINDOW
From the moment you receive that “Ready for Pickup” email, you have 3 days to collect all of your items. After 3 days, unclaimed items are forfeited and will be relisted without refunds.
3. ARRIVE AT OUR WAREHOUSE
Drive to 3602 W Thomas Rd, Suite 7, Phoenix, AZ 85019 and follow the blue-and-white “EZ Auction Pickup” signs.
4. AT THE CURB
Park in an any EZ Auction marked spot (signage TBA), then let our team know you have arrived by telling them your Bidder ID #.
5. VEHICLE WAITING
Remain in your vehicle—your order will be brought curbside. You must collect all items at that time; we do not hold anything once you’ve arrived.
HEADS UP ON LARGER OR MULTIPLE STACKED ORDERS
If you’re picking up items from multiple orders in one visit, please expect a longer wait while our team gathers everything. We strongly recommend picking up each order as soon as you receive that email—bringing in multiple orders at once creates a backlog and slows down everyone’s pickup.
6. CONFIRM & SIGN
Verify your items with our staff. Once confirmed, you’ll provide a single signature for receipt of all items and you’re good to go!
